Q. How long is the processing time?

  • Once your order is placed, our team works efficiently to prepare your items for shipment. We aim to process all orders within 30 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.    

Q. When will I receive my order?

  • You will be receive your order within 30 days.

Q. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. You can track your order by visiting our website and entering the tracking number in the designated tracking tool.

Q. Can I do any changing in my order?   

  • Once your order is placed, our team works immediately to prepare your items for shipment, so please tell us fast and we try our best to accommodate you. But we can’t promise you about changing in order. If the order already packed and shipped then you can refund it after you get it.

Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

  • Please check your order on your door step and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Luxe By Lv offers a 30 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
